The course provides you with an in-depth and formal understanding, both as a soloist and in an ensemble, of various works. You will learn to identify and utilise stylistic attributes in the repertoire, work independently and demonstrate awareness of your own part in relation to the score. For the Preliminary Phase it is necessary to send the link of a professional or amateur video (or playlist), lasting between 12 to 20 minutes, uploaded on YouTube as Unlisted (in case of longer videos the Jury will stop listening exactly at minute 20).&#13;
The Final Round will take place in the form of a concert: an entire Recital will be dedicated to the admitted candidates. Freely chosen programme, preferably of 50 minutes.&#13;
The Jury is composed of renowned musicians who form the Artistic Committee of the Amici della Musica di Verona.&#13;
Monetary prize up to €5000, the debut in the next major concert season of the Amici della Musica di Verona and visibility to other concert seasons involved in the network.&#13;

The Gregynog Young Musician Competition has become a most prestigious annual event and this year will take place at:-&#13;
THE MAIDMENT BUILDING, SHREWSBURY SCHOOL, SHREWSBURY, SHROPSHIRE. SY3 7BA.&#13;
It is open to any student who plays an orchestral, brass band or percussion instrument including solo piano and have reached the standard of Grade 8 and above.&#13;
Applicants must be 18 years of age or younger than the date of the competition.&#13;
The overall winner will receive £3000 and the remaining four finalists £500 each. &#13;
Semi-finalists who do not perform in the final will receive £50 towards their travel expenses. &#13;

Handel's operatic masterpiece, "Alcina".&#13;

The 24th Academy will be held from 7–15 November 2025, with two semi-staged performances planned for 14 and 15 November, in conjunction with the 20th Belgrade Early Music Festival.&#13;

We seek talented singers for all roles (Alcina, Ruggiero, Bradamante, Morgana, Oronte, Melisso) and skilled baroque instrumentalists.&#13;

This is a unique opportunity for singers to learn their roles with the support of distinguished experts, including music director and coach Predrag Gosta, contralto Sonia Prina, baroque violinist Ilia Korol (Musica Antiqua Köln), soprano Radoslava Vorgić, and others.
